Chive - The next generation MySQL management tool

Chive is a modern Open-Source MySQL Data Management tool. With it's fast and elaborate user interface it is getting very popular especially by web engineers.

Chive is a free, web-based database management tool with easy administration, super fast UI and state of the art web technologies. It takes advantage of the capabilities of modern browsers. Features include an SQL editor with syntax highlighting and built-in profiling of SQL queries.

Keyboard focused workflow for fast search and navigation
Chive always puts your keyboard focus into the quick-search text box. This allows you to find your database/table at every location by just typing the name, navigating with the up-down keys and pressing enter – easy, fast and efficient!

Inline editing everywhere - for data, tables, indices and more
With Chive the administration of new datasets, procedures, and tables is easy. Click on a dataset and there will show up a new mask for editing. After saving the file you can keep on working with it – without time-consuming newstarts.

Syntax Editors with colored accentuation
Longer SQL inquiries can be confusing and complicated. Chive is helping you to keep a level head with a clear structured formatting and the colored accentuation of keywords.

Repeated administration of your SQL queries
Keep the overview on your tasks and save your most important SQL inquiries: Chive is helping you to save and re execute often used SQL quiries with just a few mouse clicks.

Analyze and Optimize your queries with Profiling
Profiling your queries is very easy with chive. Just toggle profiling and chive will display the results via its indicator system. If you want to keep the results visible, you can always toggle the "pin" icon and the infos will stay on the screen!
